Frequently Asked Questions

What is stored when I talk to an AI Human?
Nothing at all. We do not store any of your conversations with AI Humans, any identifying information, your IP address ... we honestly barely even do any server logging for this application. Your privacy and safety is our top priority.
Why do I get a black screen when I try to talk to an AI Human?
Honestly, we're not sure just yet. We've seen this happen ourselves and are investigating the issue. In the meantime, wait for a bit to see if the AI Human joins the call. If they don't, end the call, wait for a bit, and try again. We'll update this FAQ when we have more information.
The AI Human joined the call, but is neither talking nor responding to me. What gives?
We've run into this as well. While it's not definitely the case that this is what's happening to you, we've noticed that incredibly sensitive microphones can cause the AI Human to interpret background noise, feedback, and other audio artifacts as user speech, and they don't want to interrupt you.
